Warranty
Every TMG Industrial product is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, backed by local service points and parts support.
What's covered
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 year from the date of delivery. If a covered part fails, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What's not covered
Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, modifications, improper assembly or lack of maintenance are not covered by the warranty.
How to make a claim
Contact our support team with your order number, photos of the issue and a short description. Our team will review your claim and arrange parts or service through the nearest service point.
