Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return or exchange.
How to start a return
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or model, we can arrange an exchange. Contact us before sending anything back so we can reserve the replacement item for you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return freight costs may apply for non-defective returns.
