Tracking Orders
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.
How to track your order
Open the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order left our warehouse and click the tracking link. You can also reply to your order confirmation and our team will send you the latest status.
When tracking becomes active
Tracking numbers can take 24–48 hours to show movement after you receive the shipping email. If nothing shows after 48 hours, contact us and we will check with the carrier.
Need help?
If your order is late or the tracking hasn't updated in several days, contact our support team with your order number and we will investigate right away.
