What it covers
If your order is lost, stolen or damaged during shipping, we will replace it or refund you in full — no long carrier claims process required.
How to add it
Premium Shipping Protection can be added at checkout on eligible products. The cost is calculated as a small percentage of your order total.
How to report an issue
If your protected order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with photos and your order number. Claims are typically resolved within 3–5 business days.
